Before undertaking a major plumbing job for our house, I shopped around for different companies as the initial plumbing company's quote seemed extreme. What can I say, these guys are amazing! We had another plumber snake our kitchen drain cleanout and he discovered that the line was blocked with grease or had collapsed. After waiting two days for a quote from them we called Summit Drain as they specialize in sewer and drain line replacement (and their pricing is upfront on their website). Artiom came and provided a quote that day for the two options we were considering (replacing the kitchen drain line or full drain line replacement under the basement floor).
After we applied for building permits, Summit took care of all the rest. The full replacement was a week start to finish, removing 25 feet or so of cast iron pipe under the basement floor, installing new PVC and ABS pipe, clean outs, a backwater valve, and replacing the cast iron sanitary stack. The backwater valve and sanitary stack weren’t included in the original quote but Art added them at no extra charge. I always felt that we were in good hands working with Summit. They were honest, professional, and committed to doing things right.
