We offer a myriad of services, which means there is sure to be a personalized solution for whichever situation you need to be fixed.
Whether the project includes waterline plumbing or drains line maintenance, we are here to help. Let’s dive deeper into these options and what our processes are like.
Drain Line Repair
Is your sink backing up again? Does your bathtub fail to drain all the water even though you have done your best to clean out the drain? Sometimes, the problem is more than meets the eye and may be out of your control.
We can certainly unclog your drain pipe so that your water flow gets back to normal. Unfortunately, sometimes, your drain pipe may be broken. In this case, you may experience a foul odour or mildew in your house. When you notice this, call us immediately and we will provide a solution.
Water Line Repair
We’re pleased to announce that when it comes to a water line repair, we implement trenchless water line replacement solutions. Here’s what to expect:
- The replacement of old materials. You may be having issues due to wear and tear. In some cases, repairs aren’t enough, so we will recommend completely replacing your system.
- The “torpedo method.” We use this technique to ensure that your repair has been done with 100% efficacy. Through a tunnel, we install the new water lines. A steelhead is then pushed through the tube, dragging the new material behind it. We then use a hydraulic ram that will be pushed through the damaged piping to replace them with the new material.
Trenchless Sewer Line Repair
If a foul odour remains in your home, if your drains are slow at moving water, and if you notice any changes in your lawn, these are key signs that you may need a trenchless sewer repair.
Not only is this technique faster than traditional options, but it cuts costs and keeps the quality of your lawn. This process is minimal and aims to protect your landscape.
Did you know that when your pipes reach 20F/-6C inside they can burst? Frozen pipes pose a massive issue, but it is one we can take care of to prevent your pipes from bursting and further water damage.
When you call us to fix this issue, we will assess the cause and bring in a heat gun to thaw your pipes.
Leaking pipes can be a sign of wear and tear, a mechanism gone loose or a crack. Depending on the size of the crack, we can either patch it, or if it’s too big, we’ll recommend a pipe replacement.
For the patch, we will use self-fusing silicone tape. This is only good for low-pressure lines. Or we may use a rubber patch. It depends on your situation and the pressure of water running through your pipe.
Low Water Pressure
There’s nothing more frustrating than weak water pressure especially when it takes 20 minutes to fill up a pot to boil water for dinner. The fix for this will depend on the cause. Some main causes include:
- Debris buildup
- Faulty water meter valve
- A leak
- Faulty pressure regulator
No matter what the issue may be, we will fix it and prevent it from occurring again.
Plumbing Replacement & Installation
When it comes to plumbing replacement and installation, we use minimally invasive options that keep your lawn intact.
